The lentils can take quite a long time to cook; this isn’t a quick meal, but you can make a big batch. You can also save some of the curry paste.

Paneer a la Barney

This is Barney’s paneer recipe. His original idea was to get fried paneer with the mixed in taste of fresh cooked and uncooked coriander and spring onions. I think it’s evolved quite a bit

Teriyaki Salmon

Marinade salmon (and maybe the vegetables) in:

  • Soy sauce
  • Honey
  • Spring onions
  • Chilli (optional)
  • Ginger
  • Capers (nice, but some may find too salty!)
  • Black pepper

Volunteer tutor (A-levels)

Taught sixth form students via online video calls during 2020 coronavirus pandemic. This was part of the Blackett Academy initative to help disadvantaged students during the pandemic. I worked in small groups (up to five students) and helped minimise disruption of studies.
